TabTrade — The Short Version
TabTrade went live in Q1 2026. Online broker registered in Saint Lucia, under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, a well-known broker.
The BlackBull connection tells you something. It means the leadership has actually done this before. That is not a guarantee. It is better than a random name you cannot trace.
TabTrade came out of the gate with execution through Equinix servers. Same data centres prime brokers run on. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. These guys did the opposite. Not the typical playbook.
What you can trade: forex, indices, metals, oil, energies, softs, shares, crypto, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For a platform that launched in March 2026, the breadth is solid.
Platforms
Available: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and web trading. Both platforms from one account. Most brokers pick one platform. Getting both matters. You are not locked into one.
MetaTrader 5 is the default. Complete charts, Expert Advisors, massive community. If you know MetaTrader before, there are no surprises.
cTrader is the cleaner option. Cleaner order book. Smoother chart interaction. cBot support. Many people prefer it after comparing.
Direct FIX connectivity is available for algo traders but is only on the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView is reportedly on the roadmap. That will be a good addition once it is live.
What You Pay
Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. No commission. Straightforward. No minimum deposit. Good for people who want simple pricing.
Edge. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips average. Commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On EUR/USD, the actual interbank spread is frequently below 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost can be below 0.5 pips. That is good for an offshore broker. Most brokers that have spreads this tight ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. TabTrade has no minimum.
VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX API, faster fills, custom pricing. Not something typical accounts. Ignore this one unless you run serious volume.
How Fast Are the Fills
The speed is the thing TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix data centres. Under 30ms on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. That is institutional numbers. Most retail brokers quote 100ms to 300ms.
Does it matter? For short-term trading, absolutely. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you trade higher timeframes, you probably will not feel it. What matters is they invested in proper execution. That says they are not cutting corners on the tech.
Pair those fill times with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and what you get makes sense. Not many platforms with no minimum deposit have infrastructure at this level.
The FSRA Question
Here is the thing that requires honesty. TabTrade is regulated by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No CySEC. No fund protection scheme. If that is a problem for you, stop reading. There are FCA-regulated options out there.
That said. The founder came from BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The execution setup is expensive. Dodgy operations do not pay for proper execution infrastructure. This does not replace tier-1 regulation. It does be part of how you think about it.
The trade-off: you give up tier-1 protection. For that: 1:1000 leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether the trade-off works is your call.
Welcome Offer
TabTrade runs bonus funds of up to $2,000. Typical sign-up bonus. You put money in, they add bonus funds. Usual conditions attached: minimum lots traded before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Review the fine print before you deposit.
