Who Is Tab Trade - A New CFD Broker in 2026

The Broker — The Short Version

TabTrade.com went live in Q1 2026. Trading platform based in Saint Lucia, regulated by the FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, a FMA-regulated broker.

The BlackBull connection tells you something. It means the leadership has actually done this before. Does not guarantee anything. It is better than a random name you cannot trace.

They launched with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same data centres prime brokers run on. Most new brokers leads with marketing and bonuses. Tab Trade led with infrastructure. Interesting choice.

What you can trade: forex, indices, metals, commodities, equities, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. 1,000+. For something this new, the breadth is not narrow.

The Software

Available: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and a browser platform. Both platforms from a single account. Many only give you one or the other. Having both makes a difference. Pick what suits your style.

MT5 is what most people know. Full charting, EAs, massive community. If you have used MT4 or MT5 before, you know exactly what you are getting.

cTrader by Spotware is the alternative. Better depth of market. Faster charting. cBot support. Many people find it more natural after using both.

FIX API is available for algo traders but requires the VIP tier ($25,000 deposit). TradingView charting is apparently in the works. That would be a good addition when it lands.

What You Pay

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. Spreads from 1.0 pips. No commission. Simple. No minimum deposit. Suits people who want simple pricing.

Edge. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. Total cost: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On majors, the raw spread is often under 0.2 pips. Meaning your actual cost per trade sometimes sits below 0.5 pips. That is cheap for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most platforms that run raw pricing at this level ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. Tab Trade has no minimum.

VIP account. $25k to open. FIX connectivity, faster fills, tailored rates. Not for the average person. Do not worry about it unless you trade institutionally.

Infrastructure

This is the area where TabTrade stands apart. Equinix data centres. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. These are institutional numbers. The average platform operate at hundreds of milliseconds.

Does it matter? If you scalp, yes. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is profit or loss on tight trades. If you swing trade, it matters less. What matters is they invested in proper execution. That signals something about priorities.

Pair that execution speed with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and what you get makes sense. Few brokers at this price point offer execution like this.

Regulation

Now, the detail that matters. Tab Trade is regulated by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No FCA. No fund protection scheme. If the lack of tier-1 regulation makes you uncomfortable, stop reading. There are FCA-regulated options out there.

That said. The founder built his career at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure is not cheap. Dodgy operations do not pay for proper execution infrastructure. This does not guarantee anything. It does inform your assessment.

The deal: you trade regulatory safety. In exchange: high leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether the trade-off is worth it is your call.

The Bonus

Tab Trade runs bonus funds of up to $2,000. Typical deposit match. You deposit, they top up your balance. Standard terms apply: turnover conditions before you can withdraw the bonus. Review the fine print before you deposit.
